Cosmetic Safety & Medical Disclaimer
Essential guidance regarding our educational content, formulation safety, and mandatory dermatologist consultation.
UPFRONT LEGAL & DERMATOLOGICAL ADVISORY
Educational & Informational Content Only: The editorial content, skincare routine finders, diagnostic quizzes, ingredient explanations, scientific articles, and product guides on this website are published solely for general cosmetic education and informational awareness. None of the information on this website constitutes clinical medical advice, a dermatological diagnosis, or a prescription treatment plan.
Mandatory Physician Consultation: Because biological skin responses vary significantly based on genetics, barrier health, environmental exposure, and underlying medical conditions, consumers must consult a licensed, board-certified dermatologist or healthcare practitioner before purchasing or using any iBEAUCO product.
Absolute Non-Liability: iBeauco Private Limited, its founders, promoters, chemists, and affiliates shall NOT be held liable or responsible for any adverse skin reactions, chemical irritation, contact dermatitis, allergic episodes, purging, or other unintended consequences arising from the use or misuse of our products, or from reliance upon any information provided on this platform.
1. Strictly Non-Therapeutic Cosmetic Classification
All formulations developed by iBEAUCO are topical cosmetics engineered to support the natural barrier, cleanse impurities, balance surface sebum, and enhance skin radiance.
Regulatory Notice: Statements regarding our formulations have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, CDSCO, or any statutory drug control authority. Our products are not medical pharmaceuticals. They are NOT intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any chronic dermatological condition or disease (including cystic acne vulgaris, rosacea, severe dermatitis, melasma, psoriasis, or eczema). If you suspect you have a medical skin disorder, seek immediate clinical evaluation from a medical specialist.
2. Mandatory 24-Hour Patch Testing Protocol
Even the gentlest, high-purity botanical and biocompatible ingredients (such as Hyaluronic Acid, Ceramides, or Niacinamide) can provoke individual idiosyncratic hypersensitivities. Performing a comprehensive patch test prior to initial full-face use is a mandatory condition of using our products.
Standard Patch Test Instructions:
- Application: Dispense a small pea-sized amount or 1–2 drops of the product onto a clean, dry patch of skin on your upper inner forearm or behind the earlobe.
- Incubation: Allow the formulation to absorb and leave the area completely undisturbed and dry for twenty-four (24) consecutive hours.
- Observation: Monitor for adverse reactions. If you notice any burning, itching, swelling, stinging, redness, hives, or irritation at any point, immediately wash the area with cool water and DO NOT apply the product to your face or neck.
- Clearance: If no adverse reaction occurs after 24 hours, you may incorporate the product gradually into your routine.
*Note: Failure to perform this patch test constitutes a direct assumption of risk by the consumer, releasing iBEAUCO from all associated claims.
3. Active Exfoliants & Daily Photoprotection Requirements
Formulations containing active chemical exfoliants (including Salicylic Acid / BHA, Glycolic Acid / AHA, or Fruit Enzymes) work by dissolving excess sebum and dead stratum corneum cells. This accelerates cellular turnover and can temporarily increase photosensitivity to ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
4. Pregnancy, Nursing & Prescription Medication Precautions
Certain active dermatological compounds require extreme caution under specific physiological circumstances:
- Pregnancy & Nursing: Individuals who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or lactating should not use products containing salicylic acid, beta-hydroxy acids, or retinoids without explicit written clearance from their OB-GYN or dermatologist.
- Prescription Skincare Treatments: If you are currently taking or using prescription medications—including oral Isotretinoin (Accutane), topical Tretinoin, Adapalene, Tazarotene, Spironolactone, or topical steroids—your epidermal barrier is sensitized. You must obtain clearance from your prescribing physician before layering iBEAUCO active serums or exfoliating toners.
- Post-Clinical Recovery: Do not apply active cosmetics on compromised, broken, sunburnt, or recovering skin following chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser procedures.
5. Consumer Perception Metrics & Individual Variance
Efficacy claims, satisfaction percentages (e.g., "92% observed clearer skin within 28 days"), and consumer testimonials reflect subjective self-assessment evaluations conducted among independent consumer panels adhering to disciplined routines.
Skin results are naturally multifactorial and fluctuate according to age, lifestyle, diet, hormonal balance, environmental humidity, and genetic predisposition. iBEAUCO guarantees cosmetic quality and formulation purity, but cannot guarantee specific physiological outcomes or identical individual transformations.
6. Adverse Reaction Reporting & Customer Support Concierge
In the unlikely event that you experience persistent irritation or adverse sensitivity to an iBEAUCO product:
1. Discontinue Immediately: Cease application of all active topical products and gently rinse your face with tepid water.
2. Seek Medical Attention: If severe swelling, hives, shortness of breath, or persistent blistering occurs, consult an emergency physician or dermatologist without delay.
3. Notify Our Concierge: Reach out to our Client Care team at support@ibeauco.com with your batch number and order details so our Quality Assurance laboratory can log your experience in our cosmetic safety records.
